・Art prints are prints only. Frames are not included. Please read below for more details about paper quality and sizes.
・We do not offer gift wrapping services at this time.
Shipping
We only ship within Japan at this time.
・Most items are shipped via Japan Post Letter Pack (flat rate ¥370).
・If you order an A3-size print, the package will be shipped as a parcel via Yu-Pack or Yamato (flat rate ¥1100).
As an effort towards environmentally-friendly packaging and shipping, we do not enclose any packing slips or receipts.
Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges
All sales are final.
We cannot accept any order cancellations.
In the event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or if you receive an incorrect quantity of an item, please contact us within four business days for a return or exchange. If the item was damaged in transit, please contact the delivery service.

Sizes
The prints are designed for A5, A4, and A3 frames, but the white space will vary depending on the matte size (or with no matte). Please check the sizing and white space for each print on the product page before purchasing.
Size measurements are as follows:
A5: 148mm x 210mm
A4: 210mm x 297mm
A3: 297mm x 420mm
Art Print Paper
All art prints are printed on Canon’s Premium Fine Art Smooth paper.
Canon’s Premium Fine Art Smooth paper has a smooth, natural white surface. Combined with pigment ink, it produces brilliant, rich colors and a deep, rich black. The base is 100% cotton making the print long-lasting. We suggest framing the print for protection, but the paper has a substantial thickness for a frame-free display as well.
